Gymnastics is the perfect activity to prepare children for long-term participation in sport and helps to develop the fundamental movement skills for life.

Play Gym - Ages 18 months - 5 years

Play Gym is offered Wednesday mornings and afternoons during the school terms in the WISAC stadium. Play Gym is our interactive physical movement class specially designed for toddlers and preschoolers. The program includes activities to stimulate body awareness, co-ordination and general physical movement. The atmosphere is bright, interactive and age-appropriate.

Children must be assisted by a parent or carer.
